This addition provides secure access while maintaining a welcoming environment, efficient building flow, and a seamless connection that unites the campus. It’s a practical solution that enhances daily operations while supporting their long-term needs.

December has been a month of celebration, bringing our team together to reflect on the past year, give back to our community, and celebrate our shared successes. We kicked off the festivities with our annual Christmas breakfast, a valued tradition where we recognize the year’s accomplishments and look ahead to the goals of the coming year. During the event, we honored employee milestones, supported our community partners through a donation drive for Harvest of Blessings, and enjoyed a spirited game of bingo. The celebration continued into the evening with our holiday party at the Out Door Country Club!!

Please join us in welcoming Del Patterson, Project Manager, to the team! We’re excited to see the impact he will have on our projects and clients.

Del is a seasoned project manager with more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, including custom homes, multi-family developments, senior living residences, student housing, hotels, and climatized storage facilities. A graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology (Architectural, Class of 1992) with OSHA 30 and Procore certifications, he is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. He enjoys transforming vacant sites into successful completed projects and values the collaborative process of working through complex design challenges with his project teams.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our Private Christian Education partners and the meaningful work they are accomplishing at our charity mixer.

We are grateful for everyone within the Centurion Foundation circle who believes in the power of student learning and positive outcomes.
Their generosity continues to open doors for children to learn, grow, and pursue their God-given purpose.

During the event, we heard from Stephanie Maiocco of BLOCS – Building What Matters Most, who provided valuable insight into the EITC program. As a premier scholarship organization, BLOCS offers students a pathway to high-quality, values-based education. With the help of BLOCS, Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg (CSAGH) has made its educational model more accessible for families.

We also gained a meaningful perspective on student success and impact from Mark Seymour, President of CSAGH and Paul Beardmore, VP of educational programs at CSAGH. We were encouraged by the firsthand experiences shared by parent Robert Innerst.

We are excited to continue building on the momentum the Centurion Foundation is generating and look forward to the impact still to come!
