Centurion Celebrates – Troy Clark, Brett Garman, Matt Deveney, Morgan Sterner, Jeff Packard, Ryan Newcomer, Nate Book, & Dustin Hoffman!!

 CubeSmart Harriman is a new 4-story 126,000 square foot building on a green site located in Harriman, NY. The project was completed in October of 2023. There was significant site development in preparation for the building including grading, utilities, storm water management systems and retaining walls. The building consists of a structural pedestal first floor of concrete and structural steel with 3 floors of traditional storage building construction including framing, concrete decks, storage unit construction, mechanical and electrical.

On Thurs March 7th ABC Keystone in Manheim hosted this highly anticipated networking event which offers a platform for specialty contractors, architects, engineers, and site designers to meet one-on-one with industry leading general contractors. With over 100 attendees the Centurion team comprised of Aaron Leighow, Business Development, Troy Clark, Senior Project Manager/Director of Small Projects, & Ryan Schultz, Chief Estimator made introductions, built relationships, and shared information on upcoming projects and bid qualifications. 

Stronger together! The Women in Construction at Centurion are dedicated to building our office infrastructure with excellence. They exemplify the adage that disciplined process reveals thorough and consistent results. We are proud of your contributions to our team and project flow.

Godshall’s Quality Meats, Inc. continued their partnership with Centurion to complete their large-scale plant addition. The 49,000 SF project was phased out to allow for processing and shipping to continue throughout construction. Which required establishing temporary measures to protect existing processing and segregation of employees from construction activities. The scope of work which included process area, ingredients warehouse space, offices, employee spaces (breakroom, bathroom, locker room) & additional space for growth was completed in October 2023. Proud of what our dedicated team has accomplished!

This morning ABC Keystone served up breakfast and insights into this year’s economic outlook. Along with over 500+ attendees, the Centurion Team heard valuable presentations from ABC Keystone Chair of the Board John Lehmann and keynote speaker Anirban Basu, MPP, MA, JD, Ph. D. We are proud supporters of the work that ABC Keystone does and are grateful for the opportunities they provide to keep us current on relevant industry information and trends.

Illuminated Integration, Middletown PA

Centurion has partnered with Illuminated Integration – Audio, Video, Lighting Company for design-build services for their new headquarters. The design was completed by Chris Dawson Architect (CDA) and civil designer K&W Engineers of Harrisburg. The project consists of a pre-manufactured metal building that will house both the trade shop and offices across two floors.
