A highlight for our business development leader Aaron Leighow was the Tuesday evening networking event where he had the opportunity to share on a more personal level the extent of our capabilities beyond self storage facilities such as multi family, strip centers, and small warehouses.

HELPING NEIGHBORS | Zoetis, a growing animal pharmaceutical company partnered with Centurion Construction Group to provide a solution for constructing a new two-story operations office inside the Lewisberry warehouse facility and renovating/expanding existing offices. This challenging 70,600 sq ft. project will be completed in two phases that involves the fit-out of existing warehouse space that was occupied by a third party to accommodate the expansion of Zoetis into this space, so they can now occupy and utilize the entire facility. Phase 1 includes the demolition of existing offices and construction of a brand new two-story operations office. Phase 2 includes the renovation work and expansion of existing office space and facilities including the addition of men’s/women’s locker rooms and renovating a break room, training room, and existing offices.

Penske Truck Leasing has partnered with Centurion to complete a renovation and addition to one of their MD locations. This project will require the demolition of an existing portion of the building and then a 3,800 SF addition including two drive through bays within the shop area. There will be a full renovation made to their office space, break room, and locker rooms. A new layout will be drawn up with a selection of all new finishes and upgrades to high efficiency LED lighting in the shop bays. The entire facility will receive a refresh with all new interior paint.

Another great day out on the green! We had the privilege of supporting the Children’s Miracle Network Hershey at their 2022 SMPS Golf Outing Regents’ Glen Country Club on June 28th. It was encouraging to see such high attendance and a significant amount of money raised for the charity!

We are excited to welcome Ryan Schultz to the Centurion team! Ryan brings with him over 20 years in the construction industry working in the field and as a design-build estimator/project manager. His passion for working together as a team drives his attention to detail in creating realistic budgets/estimates. He enjoys seeing projects go from clients’ concepts to a completed facility. He has estimated many multi-million-dollar projects including but not limited to commercial, educational, government/municipal, healthcare, and retail.

Centurion field staff were on target for June’s team building outing at Warrington Sporting Clays in Wellsville, PA. Employees took their shot at bragging rights across 10 adventure stations with different size clays including rabbit clays that roll and bounce along the ground. Leading the pack on this 50 clay course were the Bartram’s, Cole (33 clays) and Ralph (32 clays). Way to go guys!!
