Why Centurion?
In Roman history, a Centurion was a distinguished commander of a hundred soldiers—chosen for their strength, perseverance, and unwavering resolve. These characteristics deeply align with our company’s values and the standard of excellence we bring to every project.

But the symbolism goes beyond the historical. In the biblical account of Matthew 27:50–54, we encounter a Centurion at the foot of the cross who, upon witnessing the extraordinary events surrounding Christ’s death, boldly declared, “Surely He was the Son of God!”

This moment reveals a Centurion not only as a leader but as a servant—one with the humility to recognize truth and the courage to proclaim it. At CCG, our Centurion represents more than just strength and leadership. It reflects our commitment to servant leadership, unshakable integrity, and a boldness to pursue excellence in everything we do. Please join us in welcoming Steve Davis to the team as our new Estimator/Project Manager! We’re excited to see the incredible impact he will have on our projects and clients.

Steve has over 25 plus years of construction management experience. Ensuring accurate and competitive cost estimates by overseeing the development of methodologies and collaborating with the estimating team to achieve project goals. He has estimated million-dollar-plus projects, including but not limited to restaurants, auto parts stores, general retail stores, and office space.

Thank you ABC Keystone for hosting another successful Meet the Generals event! Centurion, along with 18 other general contractors, had the privilege of connecting with over 200 industry professionals, including specialty contractors, architects, engineers, site designers, and suppliers. This event provided a valuable platform for networking, collaboration, and strengthening industry relationships. We look forward to future opportunities to connect and grow together.

Centurion has partnered with West Shore Christian Academy (CSAGH)/Bible Baptist in Shiremanstown PA. This project reflects our commitment to providing students with a high-quality educational space that fosters growth and engagement. To control schedule and quality Centurion worked through the harsh winter and self-performed concrete, framing, drywall, siding, and metal roofing. The space was designed to support the growing student body by providing a spacious well-equipped area for interactive learning, which includes enhanced lighting and ventilation for a comfortable learning experience as well as an energy-efficient design to promote sustainability.

Scope of Work:

The project was a two-phase design-build including civil architecture and MEPF.

• Phase 1: Consisted of adding a new 500-sq foot classroom to accommodate the growing student body as well as 4 new ADA-compliant restrooms including exterior improvements James Hardi Siding
• Phase 2: Consisted of a new 1200 sq foot addition to the main entrance of the school enhancing the learning environment with a new modern classroom.

Progress: The project is currently in the final stages with metal roofing, Hardi siding, and interior finishes.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of a renovation project for PSH Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill. This was an emergency equipment replacement for the hospital, so all work was completed under a very aggressive and restrictive schedule, often requiring night work and long shifts. Thanks to our dedicated team who are committed to following strict ICRA protocols, the hospital area surrounding our work zone remained fully operational during the construction process.  An accomplishment for the team was overcoming the complexities of working in all the new MEP infrastructure within the existing MEPs both above the ceiling and below the floor.

The scope of work for the CT Scanner Suite included:

• Structural modifications for an opening to allow improved access for gurney-bound patients
• Converting an existing X-ray room to an equipment/support room for the new CT equipment
• Provide all new electrical and mechanical requirements for the new medical equipment and controls as well as new lighting and specialized diffusers
• Installing a new medical gas monitoring system
• Provide refresh of all new finishes including flooring, walls, ceilings, and countertops

Each year our team looks forward to attending the ABC Keystone Economic Outlook Breakfast. This year we heard from Dr. Anirban Basu, Chief Economist for ABC who provided an in-depth analysis of current economic trends and forecasts impacting the construction industry and the broader economy. It was a well-attended event and we had the opportunity to open up great dialogue with other industry professionals and peers.

Field and office staff came together this past week for our final professional development training session. Key activities included group exercises where mixed teams applied problem analysis and decision-making techniques to specific scenarios. This cross-functional collaboration sparked meaningful discussions and led to the development of actionable solutions.
