Our team had a great morning at the ABC Keystone Economic Outlook Breakfast at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Manheim.

Dr. Anirban Basu, Chief Economist for ABC and Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, shared insights on where the economy is headed and what it means for the construction industry. From key economic indicators to market trends and the year ahead, it was a valuable look at what businesses should be watching right now.

Rain, shine, or snow, progress continues on the new 16,800± SF volunteer fire department station in Mechanicsburg!

We are moving forward with this modern building, which will feature a dedicated apparatus bay and a two-story structure housing support and living spaces designed to meet the growing needs of the department and community. The new facility will enhance emergency response capabilities and provide improved accommodation for the dedicated volunteer firefighters who serve Mechanicsburg and the surrounding areas.

Centurion was honored to celebrate this milestone with our private Christian education partners, Harrisburg Christian School. Their ribbon-cutting marked the successful completion of a new high school connector link.

This addition provides secure access while maintaining a welcoming environment, efficient building flow, and a seamless connection that unites the campus. It’s a practical solution that enhances daily operations while supporting their long-term needs.

We’re thankful for the trust placed in our team and proud to deliver spaces that support their work every day. Congratulations to the entire project team on a job well done!

December has been a month of celebration, bringing our team together to reflect on the past year, give back to our community, and celebrate our shared successes. We kicked off the festivities with our annual Christmas breakfast, a valued tradition where we recognize the year’s accomplishments and look ahead to the goals of the coming year. During the event, we honored employee milestones, supported our community partners through a donation drive for Harvest of Blessings, and enjoyed a spirited game of bingo. The celebration continued into the evening with our holiday party at the Out Door Country Club!!

Del is a seasoned project manager with more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, including custom homes, multi-family developments, senior living residences, student housing, hotels, and climatized storage facilities. A graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology (Architectural, Class of 1992) with OSHA 30 and Procore certifications, he is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. He enjoys transforming vacant sites into successful completed projects and values the collaborative process of working through complex design challenges with his project teams.
