This 1,735 sqft tenant fit-out transformed a white box space into a fully functional Southern Steer Butcher franchise, introducing a new specialty butcher shop experience to the Harrisburg market. The project included the complete interior build-out, incorporating modern finishes, new building systems, and specialized spaces to support daily operations while creating an inviting environment for customers.

Scope of Work:

• Complete tenant fit-out of a white box space
• Installation of new interior walls and ceilings
• New drywall, painting, and interior finishes throughout
• Construction of one new unisex restroom
• Build-out of a new private office
• Installation of tile flooring and epoxy-coated concrete flooring
• New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems throughout
