St. Peter’s Church partnered with Centurion Construction Group (CCG) to complete a multi-phase expansion and renovation project designed to support continued ministry outreach, congregational growth, and enhanced community engagement opportunities. The project includes a 10,860 SF addition and a 5,900 SF renovation, creating modern and flexible spaces that improve fellowship, education, and day-to-day operations while preserving the character and functionality of the existing church campus.
The expanded facilities are designed to support continued ministry outreach and accommodate the church’s growing congregation. The project incorporates a combination of masonry and wood-framed construction to balance durability, functionality, and design. A carefully planned multi-phase construction approach allows the church to remain fully operational throughout the duration of the work. Masonry fire walls are also being incorporated to enhance life safety and ensure code compliance.
