Centurion served as the design-build contractor for this 20,000-square-foot expansion of Motortechnology’s manufacturing facility. The project featured the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) designed to increase production capacity and support the company’s continued growth. The addition included specialized equipment, upgraded infrastructure, and comprehensive site improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Scope of Work:

• Design-build delivery of a new 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)
• Installation of loading docks, material handling equipment, and a 25-ton overhead girder crane
• Construction of new restrooms and a storage room
• New concrete foundations and floor slab
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems throughout the addition
• Exterior site improvements, including grading, utilities, paving and a new fire lane access for the new addition.
