Members 1st partnered with Centurion Construction Group (CCG) to refresh its Newberry Commons branch. This project focused on modernizing interior finishes and improving building performance while maintaining uninterrupted daily operations. The project team successfully phased construction activities to allow the bank to remain fully open, coordinating work around staff and customer traffic to minimize disruption. The result is an updated, efficient environment that supports both employee productivity and client experience.
Scope of Work:
- Painted all interior spaces to refresh and standardize finishes
- Furnished and installed new flooring throughout the facility
- Upgraded all electrical lighting systems to energy-efficient LED fixtures
- Installed new ACT ceilings to enhance acoustics and overall appearance
- Removed existing exterior signage and prepared the surface for new signage installation
