Centurion partnered with the building owner in a design build contract to transform a former Rite Aid into a modern, multi-tenant commercial property. This 14,000-square-foot adaptive reuse project reconfigured the existing building into six tenant spaces, creating flexible leasing opportunities while enhancing the property’s functionality and curb appeal. The renovation included extensive exterior and interior improvements to prepare the building for future tenant fit-outs.

Scope of Work

• Selective demolition to accommodate six new tenant spaces
• Site improvements to support future tenant needs
• Installation of new storefront doors and windows
• Structural X-bracing modifications to support the building’s new use
• Framing and drywall installation for all six tenant spaces
• New fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems throughout the building
• Exterior façade upgrades to modernize the building’s appearance and enhance its visual appeal
