Location: Carlisle, PA SF: Dickinson College contracted with Centurion on an extensive interior renovation project of the Kaufman Hall Building which houses multiple areas of study from Geology to Environmental Studies. This project required an intentionally designed flexible layout to accommodate the many uses of these spaces for students and staff. Scope of Work:
Dickinson College – Kaufman Hall Interior Renovations
Location: Carlisle, PA SF: 1,147 The Weiss Center houses the Music, Art, and Art History departments and includes classrooms, office spaces, in addition to practice rooms and art studios. Their lecture hall and surrounding rooms needed a refresh and some updates. Scope of Work:
Dickinson College – Weiss Center Interior Renovations
Location: Carlisle, PA SF: 21,448 Timing is everything! Centurion works hard to ensure that everyday happenings can be maintained during the construction process. For this project the Conway Building interior renovations were completed within a five-week time frame to provide the summer students lodging, so that the interior of the Buchanan Building could be renovated. Dickinson College – Conway/Buchanan Hall Renovations
Location: Carlisle, PA SF: 23,000 Dickinson College continued to partner with Centurion for the renovation of another residence hall. The Student Towers and the RA suite were in need of upgrades. It is imperative that students have a comfortable space to call their own while away from home. Centurion completed the project ahead of schedule to provide ample time for the installation of new student furnishings for the Fall semester students. Scope of Work:
Dickinson College – Kisner-Woodward Hall Renovations
Location: Carlisle, PA SF: Dickinson College is nestled back in a quaint historic town. To maintain its charm and an atmosphere of home they partnered with Centurion to renovate their 50-year-old residence facilities. These projects required utility and safety upgrades as well as aesthetic refreshes. Scope of Work:
Dickinson College – Summer 2019
Location: Emmitsburg, MD SF: 5,700 Mount St. Mary’s University’s commitment to serving their students led them to partner with Centurion. With increased enrollment and projected future growth, they saw the need for an exclusive student space for social activities and academics. The solution was an open design that provides the flexibility to host concerts, other large-scale events, student life clubs and organizations, while also providing a gathering space for commuters and any other collaborative academic work. In the warmer weather new life is breathed into the space through the rollup doors that expands the room flow out into the patio and lawn area. Scope of Work:
Mount St. Mary’s University – Student Venue Building
