Elizabethtown College – Lab Renovations

Elizabethtown College exists to “Educate for Service” and we are privileged to support that vision through improving the spaces that facilitate student growth. In May of 2023 the renovation of (3) chemistry labs and corridor in Musser Hall commenced and was completed in August 2023.

Scope of Work:

• Removal and replacement of all casework, doors, flooring, and acoustical ceilings
• Mechanicals, plumbing and light fixture upgrades
• Fresh paint on walls and door frames
• Installation of new classroom accessories such as new marker boards, tacks boards, and pegboards
• Lab ceilings changed from standard ceiling tiles and ceiling tile grid to open ceilings with hanging ceiling sound baffles and exposed flooring structure above for a modern industrial look
