Centurion recently completed fitting out space for a new call center.  This project combined three existing retail spaces into one single user space. The new space renovations included wall construction to create individual rooms, door modifications, flooring, ceilings, finishes, gang bathrooms, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. The finished space is 11,000 sq ft of open office, training room, break room and offices.

Centurion has completed renovations at multiple buildings for the Federal Emergency Management Agency Center in Emmitsburg, MD.  We have renovated approximately 7,500 SF of space to accommodate offices, print rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, vestibules, breakrooms, and restrooms.  These renovations included painting walls, carpeting floors, and installing acoustical ceiling tile.  Additionally, Centurion adjusted the sprinkler systems for the new layouts and upgraded all MEP systems.  These spaces can now be utilized for cadets in training.

Cummings & Bricker partnered with Centurion on a 3-month long renovation of both the interior and exterior of their building.

Interior renovations included:

• Reception & waiting area
• 11 new offices
• Literature room
• ADA restrooms
• New breakroom
• Pantry & storage closet
• Meeting room

Exterior renovations included:

• New color scheme
• Soffits, gutters, soffits, & downspouts
• Landscaping
• Signage
• Reparations to existing exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS)

Members First Federal Credit Union has once again partnered with Centurion. This design-build renovation project is conveniently located in front of their Corporate Center at Hampden Marketplace.

Centurion completed the 3,000 square foot interior and exterior renovation on schedule. Renovations included:

• Interior selective demolition of the existing offices to open them up to the new lobby with large glass frames and doors
• New millwork for the teller line, workroom, and breakroom with plastic laminated tops, solid surface tops and windows sills
• New finishes included new drywall, ceilings, painting and flooring
• All new LED lighting on the interior and devices
• Exterior work included EIFS patchwork, new paint scheme, and LED lighting
• New entrance sidewalk, sealcoating, and line painting with fresh landscaping rounded out the scope of work on this newest Members 1st Branch
