Centurion is pleased to announce that we have received land development approval for the expansion of our office in Lewisberry!

The proposed expansion will include additional space for new offices, enlarged shop and warehouse space, and an expanded parking area.

With rapid growth comes the responsibility to manage it with discipline and purpose.  As we continue to look toward the future, we also know that there’s no better time than the present to be proactive in preparing to accommodate continued growth.

Godshall’s Quality Meats has chosen to  partner with Centurion Construction on a large addition to their plant!  The addition will include new process areas, ingredients warehouse space, maintenance and storage areas, offices, and an additional shell space for future offices as Godshall’s continues to grow.

This project will be phased to allow for processing and shipping to continue during construction.  The phasing will require temporary measures to protect existing processing and segregation of employees from construction activities.

Centurion Construction is incredibly humbled by, and grateful for, this opportunity. As our largest project to date, Godshall’s proves an important milestone in our growth, and we look forward to being part of their legacy of supplying and creating unique, great quality meat products.

The employees of Centurion came together to donate a truck full of food and supplies to support Life Path Christian Ministries’ upcoming Christmas Dinner.  Life Path’s mission is to extend the love of Christ to our neighbors in need by providing food, shelter, and a connection to support services. We are so grateful to be able to help support their important service to our community.  Thank you to Life Path for everything you do, and thank you to our employees who came together to help fill the truck!

We are pleased to introduce the newest member of our project management team, Brett Garman!

With 23 years of experience in the industry under his belt, Brett understands that teamwork is at the foundation of any successful construction project.  Brett’s team-centered approach ensures that everyone’s talents are recognized and utilized to their fullest, and that communication lines are open and clear.  Brett finds reward in the tangible product at the end of a project, helping a client see their building evolve from plans to a functional facility that they can be proud of. Having started in the industry as a carpenter’s helper and working his way up to a Project Manager, Brett’s diverse skillset allows him to work proactively to ensure that our customers and suppliers have everything they need before they realize they need it. Brett holds an Associate’s Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

On November 1st, Centurion Construction and Neidlinger Enterprises broke ground on Silver Spring Personal Care home, a senior living center facility in Silver Springs Township.  The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by members of Centurion, The Neidlinger Group and family and Shiloh Paving and Excavating.  It was a beautiful morning for the momentous occasion!

This facility is being constructed on a 10-acre parcel of land in the Mechanicsburg area.  This single story, 39,000 square foot personal care home will house 57 resident rooms, multiple nurse stations and work areas, a kitchen, dining area, an open courtyard, a craft room and activity area, and a common area space.

This facility will open in late fall of 2022.

On October 1st, Centurion took part in MKT Metal Manufacturing’s annual “Shoot for Shriners” sporting clays fundraiser to support Shriners Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Shriners Hospitals provide care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs. Thank you to MKT for inviting us to be part of this special event to raise money for such a worthy cause!  Our team truly looks forward to this event each year!

On September 19th, Centurion participated in the ACE Mentor Program of Central PA’s 5th annual mini golf fundraiser!

ACE is an after school program that introduces high school students to career paths in construction management, engineering and architecture.  Centurion was happy to be a sponsor and support a cause near and dear to us!  Thank you to ACE Mentor Program for inviting us to be a part of this event!
