Last week our team had the privilege of attending our third Dale Carnegie workshop at The Out Door Country Club facilitated by Kristen Blain. Through a combination of lectures, guided discussions, and break-out groups we examined the principles of building lasting relationships and enhancing our communication. We also explored how these concepts directly relate to the four key drivers of customer service. Through the lens of our servant leadership approach, we connected these drivers to the core value of putting others first. When we focus on serving our clients, we naturally build trust, loyalty, and strong relationships — the foundation of exceptional customer service.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the discussion. It’s inspiring to see how we can all grow together in our commitment to building excellent client experiences.

His collaborative approach and dedication to building strong relationships ensure successful project outcomes, particularly in the realms of places of worship, non-profit organizations, and multi-family residential developments.

Happy Boss’s Day 🎉! It has been said that “Serving others prepares you to lead others”. At Centurion this has proven true. As a staff, we are truly grateful for the servant leadership exemplified by Nate Book, CEO & Ralph Bartram, COO. We greatly appreciate their ability to prioritize the team and create a company culture of collaboration, engagement, and community. While at the SCAEC Networking Event hosted by the Historic King Mansion this past week Aaron Leighow, Business Development had the privilege of sharing about the continued partnership of Centurion Construction and K&W Engineers. It has been an honor to work on multiple projects for J. Marc Kurowski over the last 5+ years which have helped turn the King Mansion into a destination venue in the city of Harrisburg. Centurion is currently renovating the 3rd floor to add three additional apartments/guest rooms, further enhancing this stunning venue.

UNSTOPPABLE!! Thank you, donors, participants, & staff for making our 2nd Annual Cornhole Tournament a success.
