Community Christian Fellowship required expansion and growth of their kids’ ministries areas and a modern, large multipurpose room. Through the renovation of the existing large flex space, Centurion Construction Group (CCG) was able to create a secure children’s classroom wing with multiple large classrooms. The renovation of the existing flex space required the addition of a new multipurpose room with a warming kitchen.

Scope of Work:

• Provided a secure children’s ministry wing through a new floor plan and access doors
• Constructed a pre-engineered metal building that allowed for a clear span in the multipurpose building
• Installed a multipurpose room sports floor that provides a safe playing surface for children’s ministry activities
• Light-gauge metal-framed connector, which created an enclosed fire-rated connection between the existing building and the new addition
