Geisinger Orthopedics – Renovation (Fit-Out)

Centurion Construction Group (CCG) was contracted by Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital to complete an interior fit-out for a new orthopedics facility. The project involved transforming an existing space into a fully operational outpatient clinical environment designed to support a high volume of patients and specialized diagnostic imaging services.

Scope of Work:

• Two X-ray suites
• 19 exam rooms
• Six doctors’ offices
• Multiple support areas and nurses’ stations
• Complete fit-out of existing space, including saw cutting and excavation for new sanitary piping
• Electrical work to support imaging equipment
• Installation of six new rooftop HVAC units with associated ductwork and controls
• Construction of new exterior drive entrance and patient canopy
