Centurion Construction Group (CCG) was contracted by Crostwater Distillery to renovate its existing facility into a fully integrated distillery, tasting room, and food service venue. The existing structure was designed to support active spirits production, front-of-house hospitality operations, and a commercial kitchen environment within a unified footprint. The completed space provides a production-forward setting where house-made vodka, rum, gin, whiskey, white whiskey, and white rye whiskey are paired with locally sourced menu offerings in a cohesive, operationally efficient environment.
