Centurion Construction Group had the privilege of celebrating a critical milestone for Dennis Frick and Lori Van Houten Frick as they kicked off their 5,000 SF expansion to their custom car repair and restoration business facility. This strategic design-build project will allow them to meet rising demand and reinforce their reputation as a premier custom restoration provider and Morgan dealer. The new space is designed with both functionality and quality in mind, setting the stage for continued success. Centurion Construction Group’s integrated approach as the design-builder allowed for streamlined communication, cost-effective solutions, and delivery of a facility that positions the business for continued success. Working with Dennis Frick and Lori Van Houten Frick through the design process has been a wonderful experience and we are overjoyed to be a small part in bringing their dreams to reality!!

🏗️ Project Objective:
Expand the operational space to support additional restoration bays and specialized service areas, improve storage capacity for tools, parts, and restored vehicle inventory.

Scope of Work:
🔸Land development: Clearing and grading of the designated expansion area, as well as a new stormwater retention basin and retaining wall.
🔸New Construction of a skewed 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with high-clearance ceilings and large sectional doors to accommodate multiple vehicle types.
🔸Expanded Parking lot and updated exterior lighting.
