We are proud to announce that guests at the Historic King Mansion can now enjoy the “Suite Life”! The 3,500 sq ft third floor was renovated into luxury suite-style apartments, which also included the addition of a new elevator tower. Construction was completed while existing engineering offices and the event venue were in operation. We are grateful for their continued partnership with Centurion!

The scope of work included:
🔸Replacement of roofing underlayment and reuse of existing terra cotta roof tiles
🔸New HVAC on 2nd and 3rd floors
🔸New elevator and lobby
🔸Complete demo of the interior 3rd floor
🔸3 new suite-style apartments with sitting room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom
