Centurion Construction Group is partnering with Illuminated Integration on a warehouse expansion at their Middletown facility. This project involves the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building addition designed to provide additional warehouse space and support the company’s continued growth. The expansion includes new concrete foundations, insulated exterior walls, roofing, and modifications to the existing building to integrate the new space. Additional improvements include sitework, stormwater drainage modifications, HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, and fire alarm extensions. The project will provide Illuminated Integration with additional functional space while maintaining a cohesive connection to their existing facility.
