Centurion will serve as the general contractor for this 2,400-square-foot addition to West Shore Country Club, providing a new headquarters for the club’s maintenance staff and grounds crew. The project features new offices, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a utility room, mudroom, general-purpose room, breakroom with kitchenette, and equipment warehouse. Site improvements included erosion and sediment control, grading, paving, landscaping, and stormwater management. Centurion will provide design-build MEP services for the addition.

Scope of Work:

• Construction of a new 2,400-square-foot building addition
• New offices and dedicated spaces for maintenance staff and grounds crew
