Centurion was selected to renovate the second floor of Musser Hall at Elizabethtown College, modernizing the biochemistry laboratory and adjacent instructional spaces to create an enhanced learning environment for students and faculty. This 4,500 square-foot renovation updated five rooms with new finishes, lighting, and specialized laboratory components, providing a functional, contemporary space that supports the college’s science programs.

Scope of Work:

• Selective demolition of five existing rooms
• Installation of new ceilings, framing, drywall, and paint throughout
• New flooring throughout the renovated areas
• Installation of laboratory casework and workstations in the biochemistry lab
• New energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the project
