CubeSmart Harriman is a new 4-story 126,000 square foot building on a green site located in Harriman, NY. The project was completed in October of 2023. There was significant site development in preparation for the building including grading, utilities, storm water management systems and retaining walls. The building consists of a structural pedestal first floor of concrete and structural steel with 3 floors of traditional storage building construction including framing, concrete decks, storage unit construction, mechanical and electrical.
