With over 25 Years of experience in the construction industry Howard is a Procore certified Estimator Project Manager. He specializes in Project Bidding Estimation and Project Management and has completed many multi-million-dollar projects across various industries including Education, Healthcare, Warehouse, Religious, Government and Commercial. He is passionate about delivering quality projects that meet the client’s budget and timeline. He also enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of managing complex and diverse projects that make a positive impact on the communities and clients he serves. In addition to his construction experience he holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia in History-Ancient Studies and has served in the US Navy.
