Ryan leads the estimating department, ensuring accurate and competitive cost estimates by overseeing the development of methodologies, managing teams, and collaborating with estimating team to achieve project goals. He has estimated many multi-million-dollar projects including but not limited to commercial, educational, government/municipal, healthcare, and retail.
