Frank is a career-focused construction professional with over 27 years of experience. He began as a carpenter and later ran his own home improvement business before joining a general contractor to expand into the commercial sector. Advancing from foreman to superintendent, he gained expertise across retail, healthcare, industrial, and commercial projects. He then transitioned into estimating, working on projects that ranged from general renovations to a large natatorium featuring an outdoor pool and water park.
