A native of Bloomsburg, PA Dakota attended Penn State Altoona for Rail Transportation Engineering and in 2022 obtained his real estate license. His strong civil background landed him the role of project engineer for a site excavation company which then lead him into commercial construction as a project manager. Dakota’s portfolio contains a diverse array of projects which includes senior living, multi-family, historical renovations, warehouse construction, healthcare facilities including hospital renovations, car dealerships, theatrical art studios, and health wellness additions. His goal is to use his construction and real estate background to provide an exceptional experience for his clients.
