Through the steady expansion of our client and industry reach we have seen the need for small-scale project services increase.
In response, we have enhanced our Small Projects Division.
This specialization addresses needs and creates solutions for projects:
- Ranging in and around $100 – $200,000.
- That are “quick hitting” & typically permits are not required.
- Including anything from replacing doors, concrete repairs, all forms of renovations, and beyond.
This dedicated team is supported by our commercial projects unit and will quickly respond to:
- Meet with you on site.
- Develop drawings.
- Write up scopes of work.
- Provide estimates & proposals.
