The mansion’s architecture features a unique limestone facade and columns, spacious balconies, and exquisite terracotta tile details. Its aesthetic embraces a touch of Tuscany and establishes Historic King Mansion as a memorable icon amidst traditional historic properties in the Central Pennsylvania region. To better accommodate guests, they have partnered with Centurion for a third-floor renovation project that will transform the space into 3 luxurious bed and breakfast apartments. The renovation will begin in late 2023 to early 2024 and will include adding an elevator, upgrading sprinkler system, adding new windows, and renovating the third floor in its entirety.
