SF:
Dickinson College is nestled back in a quaint historic town. To maintain its charm and an atmosphere of home they partnered with Centurion to renovate their 50-year-old residence facilities. These projects required utility and safety upgrades as well as aesthetic refreshes.
Scope of Work:
- Atwater Hall: 2-phase renovation involving utility upgrades, installation of a new generator and fire protection system in this 50-year-old dormitory building.
- (16) Student Housing Properties: New interior/exterior finishes, addition of forced air HVAC System, renovated kitchens with upgraded appliances, and new bathroom fixtures and finishes.
