Timing is everything! Centurion works hard to ensure that everyday happenings can be maintained during the construction process. For this project the Conway Building interior renovations were completed within a five-week time frame to provide the summer students lodging, so that the interior of the Buchanan Building could be renovated.
Scope of Work:
- Interior/Exterior renovations
- Removal of the common area between the two buildings
- Installation of a new ADA ramp and limestone retaining wall
- Replacement of AC/heating units
- New student kitchens
