Alpha Broder has brought Centurion back for another project within their 412,500 square foot warehouse and apparel & accessories customization center in Lewisberry, PA.  Centurion will be designing and constructing additional spaces to accommodate their business and staff growth.

Scope of Work:

  • Two new employee restroom facilities within the warehouse
  • 2,100 sq ft office and break area complex
  • 4 management offices
  • Conference room
  • 1400 sq ft cafeteria with sinks, microwave stations, refrigerators, ice machines, & vending
  • Expansion of digital printing room to accommodate new equipment and staff increase

Zoetis – Lewisberry, PA

Zoetis, a growing animal pharmaceutical company partnered with Centurion Construction Group to provide a solution for constructing a new two-story operations office inside the Lewisberry warehouse facility and renovating/expanding existing offices. This challenging 70,600 sq ft. project will be completed in two phases that involves the fit-out of existing warehouse space that was occupied by a third party to accommodate the expansion of Zoetis into this space, so they can now occupy and utilize the entire facility.

Scope of Work:

  • Phase 1 includes the demolition of existing offices and construction of a brand-new two-story operations office.
  • Phase 2 includes the renovation work and expansion of existing office space and facilities including the addition of men’s/women’s locker rooms and renovating a break room, training room, and existing offices.

CubeSmart Mini Storage – Harriman, NY

CubeSmart Harriman is a new 4-story 126,000 square foot building on a green site located in Harriman, NY. We are proud of the great work of our Centurion team & design partners SAArchitects, Inc.!

Scope of Work:

  • The project consists of significant site development including grading, utilities, storm water management systems and retaining walls.
  • The building consists of structural pedestal first floor of concrete and structural steel with 3 floors of traditional storage building construction including framing, concrete decks, storage unit construction, mechanical and electrical.

Centurion Construction completely renovated multiple interior areas at the FedEx Ground Lewisberry Site including the HUB Operations Office and Central Control Office Areas. Centurion also did a complete interior renovation of the South Bound Guard Shack during this time.

CubeSmart Mini Storage – Elkridge, MD

Entrusted with another project for CubeSmart, Centurion has completed design and construction on another Mini-Storage location. This new building is a 5-story, 118,000 square foot facility.  Construction began in April of 2020 and completed in June of 2021.

Jacobson Companies – Mezzanine Relocation

Jacobson Companies – Mezzanine Relocation

 

Jacobson Companies, a company working with trucking and distribution worldwide, approached Centurion with the challenge of relocating a mezzanine from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. Within two days, Centurion put a plan in place and a developed a reasonable budget to tear down a 20,000 square foot mezzanine in New Jersey, and transport it to Camp Hill, PA. Four weeks later the project was complete. Centurion assisted in overall layout, product flow, efficiency analysis, and most importantly de-commissioning, hauling and re-erection of the mezzanine.

 

Centurion was hired to provide Growmark with a Turnkey solution for a new 26,000 square foot warehousing facility. The overall project logistics were challenging due to restraints on building size, building height, flow of traffic, storage capacity, and the characteristics of the existing property. Partnering with Growmark, Centurion successfully passed through zoning and submitted special exceptions on Land Development, building design and permitting, and building demolition. We have now completed the warehousing needs for our client.

This two (2) phased project involved the site development, foundations, buildings and MEP systems involved with the construction / renovation of approximately nine (9) buildings and over 100,000 SF.
