Since completing the Carlisle Commons Renovation Project, Centurion has worked with the Landlord to develop individual tenant spaces. The ‘Landlord Packages’ for Sprint, Invisalign and Sport Clips included reworking aluminum storefront, installing HVAC units and ductwork, plumbing and electrical rough-in with limited fixture installation, constructing demising walls and providing complete ADA restrooms.

Centurion recently completed renovations to 24,000 square feet of existing retail space to accommodate Ross Dress for Less in the Southland Crossings shopping center in Boardman, OH.

While the exterior of the space required a complete demolition and re-build of the structural steel and EIFS storefront facade and entrance, Centurion also completed modifications to the dock and receiving areas.

The interior space also received a complete facelift with new flooring, ceilings and paint, a new employee breakroom and bathroom, and a new office area.

The renovation was completed on time and the store will be opening it’s doors late October 2020 as planned.

Centurion worked in partnership with Broad Reach Developers to provide a building and storefront more fitting to the Carlisle Commons Shopping Center, as well as provide tenant space for future businesses.

The project involved the partial demolition of the building along with an extensive site Work and paving package to provide a uniform look and utility infrastructure with the existing facilities.  The entire facade of the existing building was re-done with masonry, EIFS and aluminum storefront elements to match the adjacent structures.

After Centurion completed the renovation of the Old Tractor Supply Building in the Carlisle Commons Shopping Center, we were awarded the 1,700 SF fit out for Firehouse Subs for that location.

Centurion completed the General Trades, MEP and Finishes Packages for the project as well as the installation of the theming package.  Each Firehouse Subs location adopts the theming and decoration of the local fire Company.  In this case, Centurion was blessed to have the chance to install the equipment and artwork from the Carlisle Fire and Rescue Hall to put the finishing touches on the space.

Centurion Construction was engaged by 4444, LLC (the company that owns the buildings that house “Cork and Fork, Osteria” and “Evergrain Brewing Company” amongst other businesses in Hampden Township, PA) for the completion of the Landlord Package for the New Title Boxing Club.

Centurion has completed the design and construction on the Lash Lounge, a 1,425 SF tenant fit-out in Mechanicsburg. The Lash Lounge is an upscale salon that provides eye lash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow threading, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting (to name a few).

Crostwater Distillery is a new business that is owned and operated by Victoria Close in Lewisberry, PA.  Crostwater produces Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey, White Whiskey and White Rye Whiskey that can be sampled in the tasting room paired with plates sourced from local farms and suppliers.

Centurion was contracted by Crostwater Distillery to complete the renovations of the building which include the following:

  • 3,700 SF Tasting Room and Commercial Kitchen
  • 5,000 SF for Distilling Operations
  • 9,000 SF Raw Good and Barrel Storage Warehouse
  • 1,150 SF Operations Office
