Godshall’s Quality Meats is partnering with Centurion Construction on a large addition for their plant. This project encompasses 49,000 square feet of process area, ingredients warehouse space , maintenance and storage, offices, and additional space for more offices as Godshall’s continues to grow.
This project will be phased to allow for processing and shipping to continue during construction. The phasing will require temporary measures to protect existing processing and segregation of employees from construction activities.
This project began November 1st, 2021 and is expected to finish mid-2023.
Wolfgang Confectioners is, once again, teaming up with Centurion to assist in their continued growth! Centurion will begin construction on a new 5,000 sf packaging addition to their processing facility in August 2021. Additionally, we will be performing improvements to their employee parking lots and adding a new truck parking lot. This project will bring much needed flexibility to the facility.
Centurion Construction partnered with Wolfgang Confectioners on this fast-paced, 90-day project involving the renovation of an existing building the company had recently purchased in Loganville, PA.
The building was to be re-purposed to a fully functioning food processing facility. The renovation included the conversion of non-conditioned areas to temperature-controlled food production areas as well as the coordination, delivery, rigging and installation of the food process and packaging equipment required to produce different types of confectionery products.
After the successful renovation of their plant, Wolfgang entrusted Centurion with a 77,000 square foot expansion project. This new space houses a new production line room, raw goods storage area, finished goods storage area, maintenance area and loading locks. A modern break-room area and locker room were also added to accommodate the employee increase that came with the facility expansion.
