Location: Baltimore, MD SF: 40,000 Dietz & Watson has contracted with Centurion on a multi-phase design-build project that will include a 34,000 sq ft production addition, a 4,000 sq ft palletizing 7 packaging addition, and a 2,000 sq ft entrance addition & renovation. A new entrance drive will be constructed with a guard house, a visitor restroom, and a scale. Centurion is providing the architectural, structural, mechanical, and civil design from concept through permit documents. Centurion’s depth of understanding into Dietz & Watson’s production process has allowed the coordination of an effective construction schedule that will allow the project to flow smoothly and not adversely impact their daily operations. The new spaces will allow Dietz & Watson to increase their productivity on the production floor and in shipping. Scope of Work:
