Centurion partnered with Sure Stay PLUS Hotel in Elizabethtown to complete a two (2) phased project; the renovation of their entire interior and exterior of the existing facility and an additions phase.

Phase 1 comprised complete demo and re-build of the existing exterior façade and total renovation of all 82 existing guestrooms. This project was unique in that, as a 24-hour facility, extra focus was required as we renovated the guestrooms, hotel laundry, breakfast area and a meeting room to ensure that everything remained functional and clean for the guests.

Phase 2 of this project included an extended parking lot and sidewalks, new landscaping, and two (2) 3,460 square foot, 2-story additions that contain more guestrooms, ADA accessible guestrooms and bathrooms, extended stay suites, over-sized hospitality suites with vaulted ceilings, and a fully stocked fitness center that overlooks the new pool and spa. Outside the new pool and spa is a new 1,250 square foot outdoor patio area with gas grill and fire pit for guests to enjoy.
