Gordner Prosthodontics – New Office Building Addition and Renovations

Dr. Wayne Gordner’s practice is focused on the practice of Dentistry known as Prosthodontics, which is the art and science of the restoration of natural teeth and/or the replacement of missing teeth or tissue with artificial substitutes.

Working closely with Dr. Gordner and his wife Cathy, Centurion developed a Renovation/Addition Scope of Work and design which ultimately converted an existing, neglected, residential property into a fully functioning, technically advanced dental practice.

Geisinger / Holy Spirit – Plaza 21 Dermatology Project

Centurion was awarded another project with our trusted Partner, Geisinger / Holy Spirit at their Main Campus in Camp Hill, PA. The Project involved the fit out of the 1st and 4th Floors of the Plaza 21 Building to house a Dermatology / MOHS Suite providing another element of care to the myriad of services available to the community at this Geisinger / Holy Spirit Site. Construction began in December of 2017 and was completed in May of 2018. Like most healthcare related renovation projects, there were numerous obstacles including but not limited to, working off hours in an operating daycare and installation of a 4″ Sprinkler Line/Vault.

Geisinger / Holy Spirit – Cath Lab Renovations

When Geisinger / Holy Spirit made the decision to upgrade the equipment in one of their Cath Labs at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Centurion rose up to accept the challenge. The project involved structural reinforcement, above ceiling structure for the monitor arm, new finishes, new ceiling and a myriad of Electrical Wiring / Cabling work to insure the new equipment operated as designed.

Geisinger – Linear Accelerator Replacement

Centurion was selected by Geisinger System Services to complete the replacement of an existing Linear Accelerator at their Oakwood Cancer Center Location in Mechanicsburg, PA.

The project involved the demolition of the existing interior components in the Linear Accelerator Vault and upgrade of the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Systems to accept the new Linear Accelerator Equipment. Finishes in the space were also upgraded to provide the patient with a more comfortable treatment experience.

Geisinger – Orthopedics Fitout

Centurion Construction was contracted by Geisinger / Holy Spirit to perform the fit-out project for the new 13,500 SF Orthopedics facility containing two (2) x-ray suites, nineteen (19) exam rooms, six (6) doctor’s offices and multiple support areas / nurses’ stations.

The work involved a complete fit out of the existing space including saw cutting / excavation for new sanitary piping, major electrical work to facilitate the two (2) x-ray machines, six (6) new rooftop HVAC units and a new exterior drive entrance and canopy.

Geisinger – Radiology Renovation Project

Centurion was contracted by Geisinger in the Spring of 2019 to complete a project involving the renovation of five (5) imaging rooms in the radiology department of Holy Spirit Hospital.

This project involved the installation of three (3) GE Discovery XR656 Plus X-Ray Machines and two (2) Precision 600FP Radiology Machines and took approximately six (6) months to complete.

Geisinger – Cafeteria Renovation

Geisinger chose to partner with Centurion to renovate the existing 4,300 SF cafeteria at Holy Spirit Hospital. This update was complete in a little over a month and included total replacement of the ceiling and flooring as well as removal of wallpaper, fresh paint, and installation of all new solid surface counter-tops.

Natural Paths to Wellness

Centurion was approached by NPTW to renovate an existing 4,100 SF eye-care facility located in Camp Hill to provide a larger, more updated workspace compared to their current location.

The renovation scope of the project included a four (4) room treatment suite, five (5) consultation rooms, two (2) massage rooms, break room, new lobby / reception area, multiple ancillary / support spaces and complete exterior building envelope improvements.

Construction on this project was completed in the end of November 2019.
