Bell Socialization provides various services throughout York and Adams counties that enrich the lives of those with intellectual disabilities and gives aid to those struggling with mental health or homelessness. As part of their continued commitment to the region, Bell Socialization procured a 3,232 square-foot former outpatient medical facility in Hanover, PA with the intent to tailor it to their specific needs.

Centurion has been awarded the contract to complete the desired renovations to the space. Interior alterations include the demolition of four (4) existing patient rooms, reconditioning of two (2) bathrooms and one galley kitchen, improvements to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components, and updating finishes throughout the facility. On the exterior, a new handicapped-accessible ramp, parking lot resurfacing, and a perimeter fence and gate system highlight improvements.

Construction is expected to commence in Fall of 2021 and Bell Socialization looks forward to occupying the space in Spring of 2022.

Penn State Health has teamed up with Centurion on the renovation of 1,900 square feet of medical office space.  The renovation includes servicing existing HVAC units, expanding doorways to accommodate hospital gurneys, and removal and replacement of outdated cabinetry and countertops.  Additionally, wallpaper will be removed and replaced with a fresh coat of paint while new luxury vinyl tile replaces worn out carpets in waiting rooms and hallways.

Geisinger partnered with Centurion for a renovation / fit-out  of 7,600 SF of retail space to house a 65 Forward Senior Primary Care center in  State College. This renovation included a new sanitary tie-in, numerous sink and bathroom additions, storefront modifications, new MEP systems, and interior construction / finishes for Exam Rooms, a Multi-Purpose Gym, X-Ray Room, Nurse Station, Med Rooms, and Offices. This project had a tight deadline and was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule in September of 2021.

Centurion Construction was awarded the Gamma Knife Renovation and Installation Project at Holy Spirit’s Cancer Center in Mechanicsburg, PA.  Gamma Knife treatment is a form of radio surgery involving the use of concentrated beams of radiation to treat and eradicate cancer in the brain without ever having to make an incision.  Centurion Construction renovated the area in the back of the Holy Spirit Cancer Center and worked closely with the rigging team and the Elekta physicists to successfully install the new piece of equipment.
