This project for Growmark involved the demolition of their existing Dry Fertilizer Blend Plant at the Sangerfield, NY location and replacing it with a brand new, 5,000 Ton Dry Fertilizer Blending and Distribution Facility.

There were numerous challenges on this project involving owner operations/logistics, multiple utility relocations, coordination with the newly constructed railroad siding, and building the structure around an existing blending tower that was also retrofitted.
