Member’s First Federal Credit Union is partnering with Centurion Construction, once again, on an interior and exterior renovation for their newest branch located in Macungie, PA. Renovations to the existing 3,000 SF space formally Key Bank to include selective demolition, new layout for the office, teller line, workroom, bathrooms, breakroom spaces. New millwork for teller line, workroom, and breakroom with plastic laminated tops, solid surface tops. New finishes include drywall, ceilings, painting and flooring. All new LED lighting on the interior and devices. Exterior work will include EIFS patchwork, new paint scheme, and LED lighting. New rear patio/sidewalk concrete with privacy fence, and fresh landscaping my M1st rounds out the scope of work on this newest M1st Branch in Lehigh County.
The project is the complete renovation of a 1500 SF break room. The new layout will include separate spaces for a mother’s room and a reflection room. The mother’s room, intended for nursing mother’s will be a secure room that includes a sink, countertop space and a refrigerator just for the new moms! The reflection room will provide a quiet space for those needing a little time to themselves. The main area of the breakroom will be outfitted with new cabinets and countertops accommodating (6) microwave stations, 2 large refrigerators, an ice machine and sink. The space will also offer use for trainings as it will be equipped with an overhead projector and large screen and multiple TV locations. The space will be finished with LVT tile in the breakroom and a warmer carpet tile in the mother’s and reflection rooms.
The existing warehouse deck ceiling will also be lowered utilizing a new suspended ACT ceiling, providing both aesthetic and acoustical improvements. New lighting, HVAC and fire protection will complete the space giving added comfort and safety.
On the other end of the warehouse, we will be modifying the existing office layout to create a separate waiting area for visitors. This space will come off of a secure vestibule and provide a comfortable waiting area away from the hustle of their busy office.
The spaces will be finished with LVT tile in the breakroom and a warmer carpet tile in the waiting room, mother’s and reflection rooms, while the vestibule will be finished with walk-off carpet The existing warehouse deck ceiling will also be lowered utilizing a new suspended ACT ceiling, providing both aesthetic and acoustical improvements. Members First Federal Credit Union, based out of Mechanicsburg, has partnered with Centurion to help them extend their services to Lehigh County. Centurion is underway with construction of a new ground up branch set to open in Spring of 2022.
Centurion recently completed fitting out space for a new call center. This project combined three existing retail spaces into one single user space. The new space renovations included wall construction to create individual rooms, door modifications, flooring, ceilings, finishes, gang bathrooms, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. The finished space is 11,000 sq ft of open office, training room, break room and offices.
Centurion has completed renovations at multiple buildings for the Federal Emergency Management Agency Center in Emmitsburg, MD. We have renovated approximately 7,500 SF of space to accommodate offices, print rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, vestibules, breakrooms, and restrooms. These renovations included painting walls, carpeting floors, and installing acoustical ceiling tile. Additionally, Centurion adjusted the sprinkler systems for the new layouts and upgraded all MEP systems. These spaces can now be utilized for cadets in training.
Cummings & Bricker partnered with Centurion on a 3-month long renovation of both the interior and exterior of their building. The interior renovation included a reception and waiting area, 11 new offices, a literature room and ADA restrooms, all within the existing office footprint. The project also includes a small corridor from the office area to the warehouse that houses a new breakroom, pantry, meeting room and storage closet. On the exterior, the entire facade was overhauled. Centurion repaired the existing EIFS and outfit the building with a new color scheme, soffits, gutters, downspouts, landscaping and signage.

Members First Federal Credit Union, based out of Mechanicsburg, partnered with Centurion to help them extend their services to Berks County. Centurion completed the 2,244 square foot branch fit out in the end unit of the Shillington Shopping Center ahead of schedule.
M&T Bank identified the need to upgrade and improve multiple facilities across South Central Pennsylvania. Centurion has worked in partnership with M&T Bank to identify, schedule and complete the improvements to each specified branch location which include parking lots, meeting rooms, break rooms and ADA upgrades.
Centurion has completed eleven (11) such projects with M&T and are currently working on developing the schedule and scope of work for other locations.
Legacy Athletic is based out of Hanover, PA and is a leader in the collegiate, resort/destination and corporate apparel markets. Centurion is currently under contract with Legacy to renovate their existing facility to provide additional production space along with additional Research / Development and Sales offices. These renovations include a new exterior patio, 10,000 SF of Structural Steel Mezzanine w/ Wooden Decking, full and partial height partition walls, and new utility infrastructure.
